What We Provide

  • Rapid Deployment

Our production team can travel anywhere in the US within 24 hours and be live within 1 to 2 hours of arriving on site. Teardown is just as fast.

  • Broadcast-Quality Video

Stable 1080p HD streams from professional cinema cameras, with encoding tuned to your platform and your venue’s bandwidth.

  • We Come to You

Your venue, your stage, your event. We bring the full production package: cameras, audio, switching, encoding, and connectivity if your venue’s internet cannot carry a broadcast.

  • Multi-Camera Coverage

Multiple camera angles cut live by a technical director, so your stream watches like a broadcast, not a webcam.

  • Broadcast Audio

Clean, mixed audio captured at the source, ready to stream live, archive digitally, or repurpose as a podcast.

  • Fast Turnaround

The full recording of your event is uploaded and ready shortly after your broadcast ends. You also receive ISO recordings, the isolated footage from each camera, so your team can re-edit the event afterward.

What Determines the Cost of a Live Stream

Cost depends on scope, not a fixed rate. These are the variables that move the number most:

  • Camera count and whether the feed is switched live
  • Crew size
  • Event duration and load-in window
  • Venue bandwidth and whether backup internet is needed
  • Travel for out-of-market events
  • Redundancy level
  • Post-event deliverables

Send us your event details and we will build a quote around your actual event.

Live Streaming Across Los Angeles

We produce live streams in venues across Los Angeles and Southern California, from convention centers and hotel ballrooms to studios, theaters, and private locations. Whatever the room, we plan the production around the venue’s power, bandwidth, and layout before event day.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does live streaming production cost?

Live streaming production is priced per event, not by flat package. Cost depends on camera count, crew size, venue conditions, streaming destinations, and hours on site. Send us your event details and we build a quote around your actual run of show.

Why don’t you publish fixed pricing?

Because live production scope varies too much for a rate card to be accurate. A two-camera webcast and a ten-camera multi-day conference are different projects. We would rather quote your actual event than have you back into a package that does not fit.

What platforms can you stream to?

YouTube, LinkedIn Live, Facebook Live, Vimeo, Twitch, custom apps, and password-protected private pages. We can also push to multiple destinations at once.

What happens if the venue’s internet fails?

We plan for it before the event with backup internet paths and redundant encoding, so a single failure never takes the broadcast offline. We can also bring our own connection.

How many cameras do I need?

It depends on the venue and event. A single-speaker session can work with one or two cameras. A multi-stage conference or concert usually needs three or more for full coverage.

Do you provide the recording after the event?

Yes. You receive the full switched program recording plus ISO recordings of each camera, so your team can re-edit afterward.

Can you stream internationally?

Yes. We deliver to international audiences and platforms and plan around bandwidth and time zones.

Do you travel outside Los Angeles?

Yes. We are based in Los Angeles and crew live streams nationwide, mobilizing within 24 hours.

Can you run a hybrid event with both in-person and online audiences?

Yes. We connect the in-room experience with the online audience in one production, including remote guests and live Q&A.

Can you add live graphics and branding?

Yes. Lower thirds, titles, sponsor logos, and branded overlays built into the live production.

How far in advance should I book?

The earlier the better for complex multi-camera events, though shorter turnarounds are possible when the schedule allows.
