Pricing & Payment 5 Questions
What does video production typically cost?

Great question — and like we mentioned, every project is different! That said, video production costs generally come down to three phases: pre-production (planning and scripting), production (crew and gear on the day), and post-production (editing, color, sound). The scope of each phase depends on your project's size and goals. The best way to get a real number is to talk with us directly — give us a call, email us, or fill out our request a quote form and we'll walk through your budget together!

How much will it cost to create my project?

Each project is unique in its needs for crew, equipment, and production, so we can't give a set number. However, we'd love to talk with you about your project regardless of your budget size! Whether it's small or big, we will work hard to help you bring your project to life! Give us a call at 323-219-1804, email us at spirinityproductions@gmail.com, or fill out our request a quote form to find out more!

How can I keep production costs low?

The more crew and days we need to bring the project to life, the higher the costs will be. If you're working with a smaller budget, we will do our best to bring the highest production value to your project while staying within your budget.

Can you scale a project according to my budget?

We absolutely do our best to scale a project according to our client's budget. If your budget is smaller, our project managers take pride in finding the highest level of product we can give you within your budget! From day one, we discuss your idea and budget to give you the best estimated quote possible.

How does payment work?

We use the entertainment industry standard of 50% of the budget given up front before starting any kind of pre-production and the other 50% upon delivery of the final product. If your project requires payment to be given in a different manner, let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate.

Process & Timeline 4 Questions
What does the production process look like?

Pre-Production: After you contact us about your production needs and we decide to work together, we will determine your budget and hear any ideas you have for your project. Then our team will work to create a production plan including the concept and production time we estimate we would need. Once everything is approved on your end, we will get started in our pre-production process, hiring our crew, finding talent, determining filming locations, creating the schedule, and anything else we need to do!

Production: Our team executes the plan on the day — filming, directing, and capturing everything needed to bring your project to life.

Post-Production: Once production is over, we will begin our post-production process. After we put together the project on our end, you will be able to give your feedback and let us know if you want anything changed. Once we're all finished, we will give you the final project in whatever format you need! While there are a lot of steps, we'll make sure to walk you through it!

How long will it take to finish my project?

We've always been able to turn around our projects within our clients' timeline needs. Usually the complexity of the production as well as the budget will determine the length of time we need to finish the product. Whether you need something turned around quick or have some time, let us know! We'd love to talk more with you and give you specifics on your project.

How fast does it take to get a first draft done?

Turn-around time for a first draft is dependent on the type of project, budget, and elements needed in the editing process such as special and visual effects (VFX). For example, a feature length film first draft will take longer to finish than a 30, 60, or 90 second commercial or a 3-4 minute music video. If your project needs a quick turn-around or has a specific timeline, we work hard to accommodate your needs.

How fast can you get the project done?

We get your finished project to you as soon as possible. The time it takes depends on the elements of post-production needed for your video, budget of the project, and the turn-around time for receiving notes from our clients. We know sometimes there are crucial project timelines, so by keeping us informed on the details, we will work hard to accommodate. Feel free to give us a call to discuss your project with one of our project managers!

Logistics 4 Questions
Do you offer location scouting services?

Absolutely! Location scouting is one of the most important parts of pre-production — it's how we find the perfect setting to match your project's vision. Our team handles the legwork: finding options that fit your creative and technical needs, checking things like power, sound, and space, and working out any permits or permissions required. We have offices across the LA metro area, including Hollywood, Sherman Oaks, and La Mirada.

Do you travel outside of Los Angeles?

Our team loves to travel! We have our passports and would love to talk to you about your production needs no matter where you are located!

Do you provide catering and/or craft services?

Yes we do provide catering and craft services. We pride ourselves on being a production company that feeds our clients and crew well! We can scale the size and type of food depending on the crew and cast size, location, and amount of food needed. We've also worked with food allergies!

Can you provide animals?

Yes, we can provide animals for your project! We love working with animals of all shapes, types, and sizes in our productions! Let us know if you would like to have one in your project!
